After many years of working in traditional recruiting, we recognized the need for a change. We wanted to offer clients an alternative. Talent Retriever is not a contingency search firm. We work as an extension of each client’s company to help them improve their workforce. We visit every client’s facility to meet with the team. Speaking with “high performance” team members allows us to better understand the nuances and “soft skills” required in the make-up of all successful candidates. Our conversations with the team provide a clearer understanding of the goals and strategies within the organization. We will apply this information as we define the search criteria and develop job descriptions, as well as within our candidate evaluation forms.
