Kevin has been involved in recruiting and hiring since his college internship in the personnel department at UPS and has been focused on technical recruiting since 1997. He worked for contract agencies, staffed a greenfield manufacturing facility, and outsourced IT professionals before joining Talent Retriever initially in 2007. At Talent Retriever, Kevin’s specialty is working with start-ups and high growth companies to develop strategies to find software and IT professionals for their hard-to-fill roles that are crucial to their success.
Kevin also spent a few years working in retail, managing auto parts stores and ultimately retail operations for a regional auto supplier. A chance meeting with a part-time cashier who had lots of connections in the contract recruiting industry set Kevin on his current career path.
Kevin received a BS in Business Management from Bentley College. When not helping high-growth companies fill positions, Kevin can be found either on stage playing bass for one of his country or blues bands, or riding his motorcycle off into the horizon.
