Business and Sales Skills Needed for Success:

  • 4+ years of experience in sales and business development
  • Exceptional hunting and closing skills
  • Willingness and ability to prospect for new client opportunities
  • Prior success selling high-end, conceptual business solutions to senior management (C-level, Senior VP’s and Directors of Finance and HR)
  • Experience selling to companies ranging from $25million to $150+million in annual sales
  • Ability to sell into a market that is complacent or resistant to change
  • Possess the ability to sell on value and not price
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Recruiting knowledge is a plus
